Notice for Adoption Agencies and Home Study Providers Listed by the Russian Ministry of Education as Delinquent in Providing Adoption Post Placement Reports

The Russian Ministry of Education has advised the U.S. Embassy in Moscow about the procedures that Adoption Service Providers listed by the Ministry of Education must follow to be removed from that list.  These procedures are detailed on the Embassy’s website and can be found at the following link:
