Comment Forums for Hague Regulations
Department of State extends public comment period until December 15th. Comments to the Ethica public forum must be received by December 5th.
Ethica has added forums where birth parents (or expectant parents), adoptees and adoptive parents can comment on the proposed Hague Regulations. Comments will be collated and submitted as
collective comments. You are also encouraged to submit your comments separately and directly the the State Department if you so desire.
