Vietnam Post Placement Report Addresses
Annual post-placement reports are required for all children adopted in Vietnam even if your placing agency has since closed or is unresponsive. The following document will provide the mailing addresses for post-placement reports so they can be sent directly. Please note that reports will also need to be translated prior to be sent.
